Blue Foot Membranes develops and manufactures advanced membrane technology for wastewater treatment and water reuse. Blue Foot Membranes develops and manufactures robust, backwashable flat-sheet membranes for membrane bioreactor (MBR) applications. Its patented IPC® technology is used to treat industrial and municipal wastewater, delivering reliable effluent quality and enabling water reuse. We have developed standardized, and stackable membrane modules. That way they allow a modular build-up.
In addition to supplying membrane modules, Blue Foot Membranes provides technical support throughout the project. Services include installation support, start-up assistance and optimisation of the membrane system.
Pilot testing allows the technology to be evaluated under real operating conditions and helps validate process parameters and system configurations before implementation.
IPC® FLEX SERIES
The IPC® FLEX SERIES is a modular membrane solution engineered for flexibility and durability. Built around Blue Foot Membranes’ patented IPC® technology, the series combines robust, backwashable flat-sheet membranes with standardized full-height and half-height modules. Multiple stack configurations provide more membrane area within the same compact footprint, making it easy to match different capacity requirements, tank dimensions and installation constraints. Integrated aeration and standardized components simplify installation, maintenance and spare-parts management—delivering a scalable solution for reliable and resilient MBR performance.

BLUE FOOT BOX
A compact membrane solution engineered for simplicity. The BLUE FOOT BOX combines high treatment capacity in a compact footprint with minimal on-site construction. With capacities of up to 1,200 m³/day, its modular, pre-engineered design simplifies installation, operation and maintenance while delivering reliable MBR performance and enabling water reuse.
