Blue Foot Membranes develops and manufactures robust, backwashable flat-sheet membranes for membrane bioreactor (MBR) applications. Its patented IPC® technology is used to treat industrial and municipal wastewater, delivering reliable effluent quality and enabling water reuse. We have developed standardized, and stackable membrane modules. That way they allow a modular build-up.
In addition to supplying membrane modules, Blue Foot Membranes provides technical support throughout the project. Services include installation support, start-up assistance and optimisation of the membrane system.
Pilot testing allows the technology to be evaluated under real operating conditions and helps validate process parameters and system configurations before implementation.
DÒNG SẢN PHẨM IPC® FLEX
DÒNG SẢN PHẨM IPC® FLEX là giải pháp màng mô-đun được thiết kế với tính linh hoạt và độ bền cao. Dựa trên công nghệ IPC® độc quyền đã được cấp bằng sáng chế của Blue Foot Membranes, dòng sản phẩm này kết hợp màng tấm phẳng bền chắc, có khả năng rửa ngược, với các mô-đun toàn chiều cao và nửa chiều cao được tiêu chuẩn hóa. BLUE FOOT BOX
Một giải pháp màng lọc nhỏ gọn được thiết kế hướng đến sự đơn giản. BLUE FOOT BOX kết hợp công suất xử lý cao trong một diện tích lắp đặt nhỏ gọn, đồng thời giảm thiểu công việc thi công tại hiện trường. Với công suất lên đến 1.200 m³/ngày, thiết kế mô-đun được chế tạo sẵn giúp đơn giản hóa quá trình lắp đặt, vận hành và bảo trì, đồng thời đảm bảo hiệu suất MBR ổn định và hỗ trợ tái sử dụng nước.
