OXIWORKS® and OXIRISE®
OXIWORKS® Aeration System
OXIWORKS® is a high-efficiency fine-bubble aeration system developed by BIOWORKS®. Its floating and moving diffuser design ensures superior oxygen transfer rates, low energy demand, and long service life. Manufactured in Germany with durable, corrosion-resistant materials, OXIWORKS® allows cost-effective earth basin construction and requires no anchoring on the tank floor.

OXIRISE® Maintenance System
OXIRISE® is the innovative maintenance and cleaning solution for OXIWORKS®. By injecting pressurized air, individual diffusers can float to the surface for inspection and membrane replacement—without draining the basin. The system also flushes deposits from the diffuser membranes, ensuring long-term performance with minimal downtime.

CLARIWORKS S
CLARIWORKS S is an advanced rectangular clarifier system by BIOWORKS®, integrated at the end of the activated sludge basin for efficient secondary sedimentation. Featuring a travelling scraper bridge and siphon-based sludge removal, it ensures continuous, low-turbulence sludge extraction without emptying the tank. The modular design supports flow rates up to 1,500 m³/h and is delivered in easy-to-install kits. With minimized footprint, reduced investment costs, and robust, low-maintenance construction, CLARIWORKS S is ideal for municipal and industrial applications. Optional scum removal and various standard sizes make it a flexible, high-performance solution for modern wastewater treatment.
